On Wednesday 16th October some of the netballers were selected to go to a netball workshop run by King's netball team. We picked up lots of new ideas to try in training; including some footwork drills, hand-eye co-oridindation games and tactics. We can now take the lead on sharing these with the other netballers next half term.
